Submitting holidays when getting paid as Pay As You Earn (PAYE)?
Please ensure that any holiday pay requests are recorded by selecting the rate name “Annual Leave” from the drop-down list on the timesheet. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process any requests entered into the notes field.
Submitting holidays when getting paid by invoice/self bill
If you are paid by invoice then there is no requirement to tell Sonovate about it. Just inform your agency and employer and complete your timesheet as normal.
Holiday submission deadlines
Holiday submissions are subject to the same deadlines as timesheets. for same week payment, please submit your timesheets and holiday requests at the same time to ensure they are paid on the same date.
Holiday Requests - Umbrella company
If your pay slips are provided to you by an Umbrella company, please ensure that you liaise with them with any holiday pay queries as they will be able to help and advise in this matter.
