To find your new bank account details, follow these steps

  1. Login
  2. Click 'my account'
  3. Accounts will be displayed


Note: account details for different currencies will display depending on your account.

Downloading proof of your bank account details

From within your account you can download proof of your new bank details from Railsbank.
The documentation is provided by PayrNet which is a fully owned subsiduary of Railsbank.


How to view this info

  • Click 'My account' - scroll to 'Receipt account' and click 'Letter' and / or 'Statement' to download.
