Client Limits

This article explains our new client limit feature on the portal which provides you more visibility over your contractor's pay.

What does the ‘client limit’ mean on placements?
This is in relation to all placements that are placed on pause, this enables you to have more visibility over your contractors payment. If there is a client limit there, this will mean we are unable to pay your contractors.

What happens if a client's credit limit does not cover the outstanding invoices?

If the client fails to pay outstanding invoices and there is no further bad debt protection, recourse will be taken against the agency. The agency will be liable for any unpaid invoices above the credit limit, potentially affecting your margin payments.
