Accessing Sonovate

To get access to the online timesheet portal and apps follow the steps below

Logging in to our timesheet portal or app

Timesheets can be viewed and submitted in the following ways:

New contractors

• Please note: If you’re new to Sonovate timesheets, you’ll need to log into the portal before you start using the app.
• When your first placement goes live you will receive an invitation to timesheets, just follow the link and set up a strong and unique password. 
• Alternatively, you can login in to the Timesheets Portal using your LinkedIn or Google account.
• Once your placement has been verified by us, you will then have access to your timesheets. Your timesheets due to be uploaded will appear on your dashboard ready for you to fill in. 

Existing contractors

1. 1. Online portal: timesheets.sonovate.com

   2. Download from Google Play or App Store

      • Once downloaded simply log in using the same username and password you use to access online timesheets.
      • Add timesheet into your latest assignment and add expenses (if required).
